store policy

We'll assess your plant for repotting, and if it's not in its best interest, we'll return it free of charge. If pests are found, we’ll treat it once for $5 and provide care instructions for you to continue at home.

Given plants are living organisms, their well-being can be influenced by many factors beyond our control. While we take the utmost care in nurturing them, we cannot guarantee that a plant will not experience difficulties after leaving our store, particularly if it is already struggling.

We will always do our best to offer guidance and support, but please understand that some circumstances, such as environmental conditions, stress from relocation, or natural life cycles, may affect the plant’s health. how to transport your plant safely

Temperature shock (too hot or too cold) may kill your plant. Protect the foliage by covering the plant in a plastic bag. This shields the plant from wind and cold temperatures.
